Upwaltham church
The tiny Norman church at Upwaltham
The tiny church of St Mary the Virgin is an early Norman church sitting next to a farmyard in the hamlet of Upwaltham in West Sussex. Inside there is a plaque in rememberance of 15 Allied airmen whose aircraft crashed near here during the Second World War.
